A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment, otherwise I request the full payment in lieu of your absence. Remember, you are making a commitment not only to yourself, but to me as well. Please respect my time and effort in this matter.
I usually have a waiting list so please let me know if you are not coming so someone on the list can get in.
